The last couple of months, in addition to its major projects, our company engaged in the implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. Despite the horrible bureaucratic language and an abundance of documentation, implementation of the quality management system appeared to be not so difficult and long as we thought. And since it would be hard to realize without any assistance, we are grateful to the company Serticom for detailed consulting and assistance in bringing our management system in compliance with the requirements of the standard.

As a result of preparing for certification, we realized that:

• It is much easier to implement Quality Management System if company already has the electronic management system. In this case, the process of adapting the system is quick and allows you to have a real time control over the process.
• Despite the bureaucratic language of the standard, its requirements are formalized common sense, and most of them in the company have been already executed;
• And finally, the implementation of quality management system allows company to make a fresh look at oneself and correct any weaknesses in management.
